Available in most diameters and lengths with 2, 3, or 4 straight or spiral flutes. The long progressive reaming surface slowly opens the hole diameter to virtually eliminate bottom delamitation in glass and carbon reinforced materials.
8-Facet Drills
Available in most diameters and lengths with facet geometry according to application. The secondary facet progressively opens the hole diameter to reduce exit burring/delamination. Suitable for carbon and glass reinforced composites and stacks with aluminum and or titanium. Stepped diameter point/pilot, parabolic fluting and dual margins are possible. 90° Cam Point Composite Drills
Available in most diameters and lengths with special cammed relief point to reduce cutting pressure. The acute point angle works like a reamer to progressively open the hole diameter resulting in little or no bottom delamination in carbon and glass reinforced materials. Drill Countersinks "1-Shot"
Combined drill and counter-sink or counter-bore on the same tool. Counter-sink diameter up to 31.75mm with Cam, 4-Facet or 8-Facet drill point according to application. Stepped diameter drill, parabolic fluting and dual margins are possible. Available with through coolant beginning at .130" (#30).
