PCD (polycrystalline diamond) has long been a choice for machining abrasive composites but there are constraints for tool size and geometry which may make a carbide tool attractive.  In order to overcome abrasive cutting edge wear, we utilize special materials and apply LEUCO RX nano-crystalline, CVD (chemical vapor deposition)

diamond coating.
