Spiral Vein
The veined PCD cutting edge allows for a full 30⁰ helix angle for high removal rates and excellent surface finish. Suitable for composites and non-ferrous alloys with right hand cut, left or right hand spiral. Available with optional through coolant starting at 3/8” diameter.
Vein Like
Innovative body design and PCD tipping creates a “vein-like” cutting geometry allowing for up to 15⁰ helix angle. Suitable for composites, non-ferrous alloys and other abrasive materials.
Standard Flat End
Available with one, two or three flutes and optional center-cutting. Suitable for most composites, CMC, MMC, non-ferrous alloys and other abrasive materials. Available with optional low helix and positive rake angle.
Standard Multi-Flute Flat End
Available with up to 9 flutes for maximum feed rates and high surface finish.
Standard Flute Ball
Super versatile tools for surface and side milling. Suitable for composites, graphite, CMC, MMC, non-ferrous alloys and other abrasive materials.
